After obtaining his licenses, Len felt as though it would be best to open his own company. Len spent the initial years marketing which allowed his company consistent growth. Len does not subscribe to the in your face sales that some other companies practice. As Len stated, “Loyalty needs to be earned and we feel as though offering comfort and convenience is essential for such loyalty.

Len has over 25 years worth of service and installation experience with both small and large HVAC, and Electrical systems. Len is responsible for estimating and designing all residential and commercial maintenance agreements, replacement systems or designing and installing new systems. Custom design and installation of Fire, Security, and Video Surveillance systems.
